Lamont Photography is a photography business serving Dallas, Texas and the surrounding area. This page explains what information this site collects, why it is collected, and what happens to it. Questions go to [email protected].

WHAT IS COLLECTED

When you submit the contact form you provide your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing else is collected through that form. Ordinary web server logs record technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

WHY IT IS COLLECTED

To reply to your enquiry, to schedule and deliver photography work, and to keep a record of our correspondence. That is the whole list.

TEXT MESSAGES

The contact form carries two separate consent checkboxes. The first covers non-marketing messages about your booking, such as confirmations, timing, and delivery. The second covers marketing messages such as offers and announcements. They are independent, and you can submit the form without checking either.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt out at any time. Opting out of marketing messages does not affect messages about work already booked.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party.

WHO ELSE SEES IT

Your details are stored in the customer system and the email account used to run this business. Those are service providers acting on our behalf, not audiences. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded, and it is disclosed outside the business only where the law requires it.

PHOTOGRAPHS

Images from a session are used publicly, in the portfolio or in marketing, only where that use has been agreed with the person in them. If a photograph of you appears somewhere and you would rather it did not, write to [email protected] and it comes down.

HOW LONG IT IS KEPT

Enquiries and correspondence are kept while there is a working relationship and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that past clients can be served without starting again. Ask to have your record removed and it will be removed.

YOUR CHOICES

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and withdraw consent to messages. One email to [email protected] does all four.
